Stupidity of the Week

This image was acquired by the Trash, with thanks to Getty Reuters and Julie LaSange, in the aftermath of this year's International Festival, which we since forgot about. It is probably one of the most stupid things we have ever seen Hampstead produce, and what gets us is that it's not even a dinner plate:
