Mr Jablome's Rant #2; School Trips

After a two week break spent dossing around thinking of good ideas for an article, Heywood Jablome's rants are back. This week I focus on the many useless school trips that our school cocks up organise, and how ripping the Living Daylights out of them is the only reaction worthwhile.

Many of us know the stories of brilliantly planned East Cricklewood Community Comprehensive trips, especially our very own MUN ones, including staying near a CRACKHOUSE, and in the RED-LIGHT DISTRICT to name but a few. This, or some monumental fuck-up seems to nearly always happen, and it's usually avoidable. Whoever runs the logistics at East Cricklewood Community Comprehensive has a lot to answer too (perhaps it's the SLuTS fault?)

So why can no one at school seem to be able to organise a piss up in a Brewery? Is it really that difficult to organise a trip? Am I missing the point here? I seriously cannot understand how one person can be as disorganised as this, let alone a whole bunch of teachers and a Senior Ludo Team. The complete disorganisation when it comes to a trip, or anything involving the slightest hint of logistics, is staggering. It's as if each department is trying to one-up each other, competing for who can have the worst planned trip.

Since the comments on here seem to be underused, and I can't be arsed to type up an example, I'm going to allow the readers to scrape into this article. Give me your best 'Bad School trip' story; the best one gets a Star of the Hour award.

Until next week, where I become a moaning little twat again, go away.

PS - This Friday's post was proudly timed by the new East Cricklewood Community Comprehensive Logistics Company.

DISCLAIMER: This Hampstead Trash article has been written to critique the actions of the governing bodies of the school. This is so student readers can hear both sides of the argument, and formulate their own opinions on matters pertaining to their education.

    1. Just shows what an education at a state comprehensive does to a person.
